If you are involved with planning, sponsoring, or hosting an event, Woodlawn Museum may have just the right space to fit your needs.

Formal Garden and Grounds In the formal gardens, located directly behind the Black House, you can celebrate the joy of your wedding with family and friends in a truly romantic and natural setting. Larger events such as corporate picnics and family reunions can be held on our spacious back lawn that can accommodate up to 200 people.

Interior of the Black House Perfect for board meetings or other special events is our historic "Middle kitchen." A colonial revival room that is well suited for more formal affairs. Included in the rental is limited access to other parts of the house. Food and beverages are only permitted in specific spaces.

Conference Room Need a place to hold your next meeting? Woodlawn's conference room is an affordable solution for smaller functions. Maximum capacity is 25. The use of our kitchen is also included in the rental.

Rates
Formal Gardens and Grounds	$1,500 Daily
Interior of House	$1000 an hour for profit $500 an hour for non-profit
Conference Room	$25 an hour for profit $10 an hour for non-profit
